Hello, 3 weeks ago we learned hubby had cancer of his sinus and the tumour had attached itself to his right eye socket. Today I had the letter about what was said at the appointment confirming it was at stage 4. He’s spent the last 10 days lying in bed, mostly sleeping and hardly eating, just cereal or yogurt.
I have severe back pain due to compressed vertebrae and can’t sit in a car so a dear friend takes him to appointments.
I’m terrified and I know he is too although doesn’t say it.
Is anyone else going through the same thing?

Hi Nellsmum, welcome to the group from me. I didn't have the same cancer as your husband, mine was in my tonsil, so I can't really be very helpful with what your husband has. However there are people on here who have had the same, hopefully someone will be along to share their experience with you. Things will seem clearer to you when you know what treatment he will be having, please bear in mind head and neck cancer does respond well to treatment, and the cure rate is very high. Stick with us, ask any questions you have.
Hi, I was told I had stage 4 sinus cancer (sntcs) late 2023. Still here, despite being given a terminal diagnosis, so keep positive, there is always hope. I have had a couple of threads here explaining my journey, just search SNTCS, there are 2 threads from me. Please pm me if you want further info or just want to chat. Don't give up.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
