Your PET/CT should be uneventful but I suspect you are worrying about metastasis elsewhere. The results should be available to your consultant by mid week so you should here pretty soon after.
Apart from the HPV status what else do you know?
Even HPV negative cancer responds well to treatment.

Neither did I but having one saved my life. If you are offered one then take it.
Take each day as it comes. Hopefully your dental check will be ok and you can start treatment

Spread to lymph nodes in the neck is pretty common and treatable.
