Hi
depending on the size of the tumour and where it is they normally do some sort of treatment before surgery to shrink it.
im T3N0M0 and im having 4 cycles of chemo before surgery and 4 cycles after well that’s the plan

Hi Tricia,So pleased that you managed some food.May i ask if you had surgery?David isn't fit enough for surgery.
Hello. My husband can't have surgery either because of the extent of the spread from the oesophageal tumour. His treatment is going well so far but eating has not been a pleasure for him lately because his mouth is do sore. He said eating anything feels like shards of glass and most things taste like cardboard. I hope David gets some treatment soon.
No not yet on second chemo today if all goes well so have surgery in March !
tricia x
Wishing you all the best for today. So pleased you have been able to eat something
