A place for people affected by brain tumours or brain cancer to support one another...
My husband has just had brain surgery for glioblastoma & we now go to the 2nd stage of treatment in a few weeks. Our specialist nurse at Salford Royal advised joining the Macmillan support forum.
Any advice experiences would be welcome.
Hi HilsJ and welcome to the online community although I'm sorry you've had to find us.
I noticed that this post hadn't had any responses but wondered if you'd seen that you'd had a reply to your previous post from Madesp. If you haven't seen it clicking here will take you directly there.
You may also like to join the carers only group which is a safe and supportive place to discuss your worries and emotions. As it is only for carers you can be sure that it will only be others who understand what you're going through who will post there.
To join just click on the link I've created and then choose 'join this group' on the page that opens. You can then introduce yourself and join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.
Sending a supportive ((hug))
