Hi all, my husband is on his 2nd cycle of chemotherapy tablets. This cycle he was given the maximum dose of 400mg for 5 days. I know ppl say the fatigue is bad, he is only getting up around 2 hrs maybe twice a day. He is awake from 6.15pm and now says he’s going back to bed soon. is this normal? are should I be concerned, he is eating and drinking ok. would appreciate any advice given. Thank you x
unfortunately I've no experience here as my husband decided not to take the additional chemo. I would suggest if you're concerned that you reach out to your husband's medical team to check if that level of fatigue is to be expected at this stage but remember everyone reacts differently.
Sorry I can't be of more help at this time but hopefully by replying to your message it'll boost it and others within this group may be able to share their experience.
Hang in there
love n hugs
