Hahaha, Yes Mike it is, I spent a couple of hours the other day reading them all, so much has changed and in my opinion for the better.

Sadly though I still have a few people in my family who won't talk about it, they believe that they will never get a cancer, sad truth is some will and they will be shocked.

When I 1st had cancer and talking to my surgeon, nothing he said frightened me, just soak up the knowledge they give you and all will be well.

Problems again, for the last week I've been getting pains in my left arm, related I think to when they took bloods at my 1st immunotherapy, it started around the site of the needle and progressed up my arm, now its travelling the opposite way. I also have a huge lump under my right armpit which has been getting larger each day, along with my glands in the groin which looks like a bad case of cellulite, so tomorrow I am back to the hospital for a checkup

Hi Peter,

Sorry about your strange symptoms.  They do sound uncomfortable!  Good that you can get straight back to get it sorted out.

Why do these things always come on just before bank holiday weekends?  Imagine having to go to 111/NHS 24 or whatever it is, or try and get an out of hours GP.  It's definitely good to have your specialist team on speed dial.

Okay, seen the experts and they want another PET scan and biopsy. The doctor said its either the return of my lymphoma or it could be another type, if its the same then they will use radio therapy, if its a new type of lymphoma he think it might mean that I have to have different chemo and my hair will fall out, not that I'm worried about losing my hair it grows to fast anyway  lol.

So a week to 10 days until I get the biopsy and scan done then return 2 weeks today to see them.

Ho hum never a dull moment is there on this journey.

Peter will watch for your update and sending positive vibes it turns out to be nothing to worry about, the scan may will give a big clue as to what if anything is going on.

Waiting is very hard, but it is the right plan to investigate it.   Hope you can get this sorted and keep your recovery goals on track.  .

Very best wishes,
