Hi and welcome to the community, sorry you did not get a reply earlier but this group is not very active. My cancer experience is as my wife's carer and her cancer is very different.
Hope you have seen the information on cml on the main site and of course on the bloodwise site. For very technical questions though generally it is best to talk to your own medical team or to use our ask an export if you would like a different view.
The answer I believe is probably yes. The WBC will start normalizing once you start taking men's but the all important PCR would remain very high.
