I will be 5 years cancer free in January. Instead of feeling happy about this I seem to get more worried about recurance I feel ungrateful for feeling this way but I don't know how to change my feelings. I think on some ways I'm just accepted what happened.
Been in exactly your situation. I know exactly how you feel. If you want to do the tag thing I'll reply personally.
However, I went to the Haven in Leeds. You receive 12 treatments tailored to suit your needs free. I had acupuncture, counselling, aromatherapy and a Looking Good session.
The whole thing was amazing. Ended up doing Leeds 10k to fund raise to reimburse them for my treatment.
I'm not sure if you have a Haven near you? If you don't give McMillan a call they will sort something out. You don't need to struggle.
Hugs and love
