Hi I've been on Letrozole for about 10 months, and was also put on Goserelin as I'm pre-menopausal. I've recently noticed some vaginal dryness, which I know can be a side effect, but I've also noticed my eyes seem to be getting very dry. I can't see this listed as a side effect, so I'm wondering if it might just be coincidence. Has anyone else noticed the same thing?
Hi Djuna, yes dry eyes are a known side effect of Letrozole. I find my eyes get very irritated now due to pollen or dust as they are so dry. You can buy artifical tears to help, or ask your GP for help with both of your side effects. I find my eyes get very irritated now due to pollen or dust as they are so dry.

Thanks for the tip. I am going to give it a try.

I have the dry eyes too which started while on chemo and the herceptin and pertuzumab and now continue on the AIs. On the recommendation of my optician my GP now gives me 4tubes of Clinitas Gel eye lubricant per month. Before this GP only gave a single tube per repeat prescription. I use it morning and night and it gives a longer lasting relief than the over the counter aqueous drops.
Worth asking your optician for advice.
All the best

Thank you and I wrote it down and will check with eye doctor. Does it makes your vision blurry since it is a gel?
