Can anyone tell me if the joint pain ever goes away? I have changed from Anastrozole to Exemestane which seems to have improved things slightly but the pain makes me limp and feel so old, this is the worst part of my journey thus far.
Hi, I'm on letrozole and I have to say, mine is worse when air haven't walked enough. Daily gentle exercise definitely helps me. Best wish
