Changing hormone drugs

I took anastrozole and was fine on them (weight gain though).  But as your post has dropped to the second page - such a busy group!, I'm replying to pop you back onto the top of the first page in the hope that someone is around  nowwith positive experiences of exemestane.

Hi… I’ve been on exemestane alongside Zoladex injections since just bore Christmas. I’m doing okay on them but do suffer with joint pain in my hands and feet each morning and if I’m still for too long. The main problem I have is incredibly back thumb and wrist pain in my right hand. I wear a splint to sleep which definitely helps. I’ve always had weak wrists so I think it might just be me!!! Apart from the pain (!!) I’m doing well on them. Good luck xxx

I have real mobility issues atm thanks to chemotherapy treatment.
