Have been having discussions on this wonderful site regarding my mothers bowel cancer treatment.
However, following her operation for bowel cancer she was found to have only one fully functioning kidney. She now faces 6 months of chemo on Capecitibine and Oxaliplatin.
What I'm searching for is has anyone faced this treatment with only one kidney? If so, please let me know your experiences.
If you have any questions about Macmillan, or would like to talk to someone about cancer, we have a team of experts who can help.
