Hi Linda1004 and a warm welcome to the board. Are you having your stoma fitted before you begin treatment? Yes it can be overwhelming but try to just take it one step at a time and focus on each stage of treatment as it comes.
Theres lots of info about stomas on the stoma board and you’ll be allocated a stoma nurse at the hospital too
