I was told after my ct scan that they saw nodules on my breasts but not to worry and I’d be referred to the breast clinic but I’ve seen this in my nhs app. I’ve not even seen the breast clinic. Why am I on a surgery list? What’s the chance of having colon cancer and breast cancer?
Court. I love reading about your mum. Thank you so much for sharing her journey. She got me though some very dark days last month. What an amazing woman and I’m sorry that she passed and even more sorry that she had to endure illness. I’m cross because I missed my first mammogram but there was nothing I could do my dad died and the last thing on my mind was my health. That said my mum was a nurse so I’ve had it drummed into me that appointments are a privilege and so I have guilt that someone else could have taken the appointment. Mum used to also say that you’ll find something wrong with everyone if you look hard enough. Xxxx
I don’t think some of the details get updated by whoever should do it. I have an unresolved referral on my App. It was a referral to Oncology, which happened, I had surgery, went home and am now on Chemo.
