I normally put up a post each year after mum’s scans but I got sidetracked this year .
A lot of new people facing the uncertainty of a stage 4 diagnosis. A little encouragement to those starting out , learning to live life in spite of a difficult diagnosis and learning where possible how to face a chronic condition .
This was mum celebrating her tenth anniversary. Poor guy at the back carrying the load as he does on so many , many occasions. I do normally row but thought there was a good chance I would hit mum in the face .
Keep pushing forward where possible !
How great is that Court! Very encouraging to see. I hope I will be able to kayak in 11 + years.
Xx
All the very best for that appointment and just remember that she was told all that you will face today . But all you need to turn this around is a good response to chemo .
Wishing you much strength to get through today .

Hello Bud 18
How are you getting on ? Hope your managing well despite all the hurdles 2020 has thrown up !
Hope 2021 is kind to you in every way .
Mum is doing fine . She has an appointment with a gastroenterologist . She is having some issues with aneurysms and they want to check things out . What a team she has . Always taking such good care of her . Think she would quite like not to have her insides investigated right now but onwards she goes .
Take care ,
Court
