So my dad has been diagnosed  with metastatic prostate cancer to bones (pelvic,spine, sternum) with intial psa of 62.4 7months ago .after 4th cycles of treatment with Docetaxcel and Standard hormone therapy but now after 9th session of chemo it goes back to 29 and his back pains which is spreaded to pelvic restarted again .his scan shows reduction in metastasis but his psa is increasing surprisingly and oains are getting back .... we don’t know what to do

I'm sorry to see that your dad's prostate cancer has metastasised to his bones.
