I just wondered if anyone has had surgery on lung tumours and how it was and how they are now ? Not great English there !
Hi Kirsty182 and a very warm welcome to the online community
Although I can't answer your question, I've just popped in from the melanoma group as I noticed that your post had gone unanswered.
It may be an idea to join and post this in the secondary lung cancer group. There you can chat to others about cancer that has spread to the lungs and get support. If you'd like to join that group just click on the link I've created and then select Join This Group which you'll find near the top of the page that opens.
Wishing you all the best x

My husband has Ewing's Sarcoma which has spread to his lungs and he had surgery last December to remove some of them from one lung. It was successful and they did remove the ones they were aiming to. However, the other smaller ones have continued to grow and cannot be treated by surgery because they are still growing.
It was a very painful surgery and recovery and he still cannot sneeze without pain as it wrenches his side.
Has surgery been mentioned to you then?
