Well, just had my 6th and last Mitomycin treatment and booked in for a flexi on 4th September to see if it has worked.
For anyone awaiting this treatment I found it to be pretty straightforward. The procedure only takes 5 minutes with hardly any discomfort. I had a bit of soreness down below afterwards ( easily dealt with by using Sudocrem) and started feeling a bit tired this last couple of weeks but apart from that I’ve been fine.
Definitely not as bad as I thought!
Hi Luce. Good to know you have managed it without too much discomfort. Long wait now for your follow up, so just enjoy the summer and try not to worry about it until the time comes. Best wishes.
Best wishes to All, rily. What is a Community Champion ?
Glad all went well Luce and hoping for good news in Sep. X
