  • Ive been given Metoclopramida Accord

  • That sounds like the same anti-nausea med as in the UK (except in SpanishBlush). Good luck with your treatment this week!

  • Hi Poppydays,

Thats so lovely of you and thank you so much!

You are at the very beginning of your treatment and I really hope all goes well for you. I remember well what an anxious time this is and also understand that you just want to get started now and go with whatever is the recommended treatment plan to rid you of this diagnosis.

I hope you have support around you and have made a comfortable nest to allow yourself to rest up in.

As for the fatigue thing I do believe that it will pass and am trying to do all the right things and think positive. Not everyone experiences it so please don’t assume it will happen to you!

Wishing you well for your treatment journey and a big hug to you x

  • Hi PEB24,

Thanks for your kind words! I am fortunate to have a supportive family and have tried to feather my nest with cheery floral sheets and a new duvet, etc. That being said, I do feel like I am sailing into the great unknown--and I am so grateful for this forum and all the lovely people who share their experience to make it less frightening and daunting.

I hope your fatigue continues to regress. Sounds like you are approaching it with the right attitude and tools, which is half the battle as your body heals. Sending you a big hug from across the pond! Xx
