The first time I tried to get travel insurance after I had been diagnosed I called lots of companies and had quotes of over £2,000, £900, £600 and so on. I finally got insurance for under £30 with Insurancewith. I have used them twice more since then and don't bother with any other companies. Fortunately I haven't needed to claim but that means I can't comment on their response.
