As I said no issues with my kidneys but I see you have mentioned being anaemic..... so a yes to that.

Day 284 following my second Allo SCT resulting in 3 months of blood transfusions.

But let’s see if anyone can help you on your main question.

I had an auto sct in May 2019 for NHL.. the last 2 bloods in april and June show 134 and 138 creatinine. Have been advised to drink 2 litres water daily. only drining 1 litre at present.

Hi Josh,

drinking lots of water can be hard, but try this; make it a rule that you have a long drink before you even get up, then that’s one big lot that you’ve got inside you, it’s a right faff to start with but you do get into the swing of it quite fast, and in this heat right now, water is your friend.

Hi Josh.  My creatinine levels settled on their own. It took a few weeks. I too was told to drink more which is a good thing anyhow.
