I have sent the DWP my ds1500 as I am terminally ill. They've said I can't receive ESA as I do not have bad enough mobility. Surely this isnt right...
Unfortunately I don't know whether you're entitled to ESA but the welfare rights team here at Macmillan will be able to check that you're not missing out on anything you're entitled to. Why don't you give them a call tomorrow on 0808 808 0000. The call is free and the team are available from 8am to 8pm daily.
