We found out today our just turned 18year old daughter with autism has Hodgkin lymphoma. She has had glandular fever since March 2018. With ever growing lymph glands since May. GPs have not been very helpful.
She is high functioning autistic which has only just been confirmed after a long hard fight with CAMHS.
I feel completely let down at present and think how can this be happening.
Hello Mimiveeduoubleyou and welcome to the community, although sorry to hear of the reason you find yourself here. Sorry to hear about your daughter and that she does not seem to be getting the care she deserves. Could I suggest you post your concerns in the Hodgkin Lymphoma Group . There you will find others with experience of this and will be able to support you and answer questions on treatment your daughter may have, Best wishes.
