    Hi

How nice to hear that the nurses looked after you so well - although I’m sorry you needed them.

Giving something back is, I think, an important part of coping with loss and finding a new way in the world. Are you looking for ways you can get involved in volunteering with Macmillan? There are lots of volunteer roles - for example  I am a community champion and I help welcome people to this community.  If you are interested in finding a role that might suit you, then do check out opportunities on your “my Macmillan” page.

I hope you find the way to give back that suits you, helps you make sense of your loss and maybe helps you find some new friends.

    Xx
