I too wish you weren't here but you've come to the right place for support.
Could I suggest that you join the breast cancer group where you'll be able to ask questions as well as get support. There is also a breast cancer for the under-50s group which you might also like to join.
To join either or both of these groups just click on the links I've created and then choose 'join this group' on the pages that opens. You can then respond to existing posts by clicking on 'reply' and start your own by selecting 'start a discussion'.
