I know it can happen but it's now a toss up with regards which gets rid of the biggest waste, my Stoma bag or my Rectum.
I can sit on the toilet and ease pressure down a little and the waste comes away with an occasional loud plop from the water as the waste hits it.
This is when the Stoma is working as well.
Constant feelings of pending leakages for my bottom is now normal and has been for a few days.
It's dragging my confidence down now.
Does anyone else have the same problems?
Sorry about the graphic details.
Hello Chromeplated,
I'm sorry to read you are having such trouble.
I think this needs professional advice. We all have our own limited experience and focussed advice which we can share. But it is limited and we aren't medical people, whcih means that, for me at least, there are things you've described which I don't understand. I suspect other forum members may feel the same way.
I don't wish to be a barrack-room lawyer so I'll say no more.
Good luck though, and I hope things improve for you.
Thanks.
It's not the cause etc I am after but I am just asking if anyone else has the same problems or have experienced them in the past.
I have in the past called the support team but I am told it can happen etc, so I will wait till the 10th June for my fifth Chemo appointment. I have a phone call booked to me on the 31st so I will raise the matter then.
Hope you can have some advice about the problem.
Best Wishes
Artsie Ann
