It's 2.30 on a Friday, time to post a tune to dance to, in memory of Andrew who began this idea.

My tune today? Tico Tico, (my tune comes from a recording from 'Smile' by Carol Jarvis) a really energetic dance!

Remembering Andrew and family and all his friends

It's Friday, 3pm and time to list your tune to 'dance the c**p out of cancer'

mine today is 'Let it snow let it snow let it snow', think it's part of 'The Weather outside' but I'm not sure of the actual title! (crazy I know!)

Hello Friday, here in Singapore (more later!) it's time to put on your dancing shoes and post the tune to dance the c**p out of cancer....yes I know I'm 8 hours early!

mine today in Singapore has to be 'the Sun has got his hat on'! Cos yesterday was cloudy!

I'm here to help daughter talk to the eastern lot of the drug company which got her into a remission ( it took 7 years to get her there!) to allow her then to go through a donor bone marrow transplant. We came a few days early as four or five days over from the UK is a big ask with that distance Involved!

Welcome to Andrew's thread, please post a tune to dance to each Friday (preferably at 3pm) to Dance the C**p out of Cancer.

For some reason my tune (its an ear worm right now) today has to be 'A Hard Day's Night' by the Beatles.

Hi everyone.

Today is Friday, and sadly I am in great need to revive the 'Dance the C**p out of Cancer'...…...so here we go!  No flying around the kitchen today, more gentle sway from by bed.

Today my song will be  'Breathe', from the new Midge Ure album  'Orchestrated'

Love to all.
