I have been told not to have sugar as it feeds cancer is this true
Hi Juniepops . This is a question that comes up often on here. The truth is that it is far more complicated than the question. We know that too much sugar in our diet is not good for our general health, but as regards cancer, things are not that clear as we need glucose for energy.
