Hello,
has anyone had this surgery done at the Basingstoke hospital. I am currently waiting for chemotherapy for secondaries in the abdominal cavity and have been told that the chemotherapy is intended to shrink the tumours to make the surgery easier for the surgeons.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Best wishes
Lou
Hi Lou
I hope you don't mind me suggesting that you also post this is the bowel cancer group, which I can see you're a member of, as I'm sure someone there will have had this type of surgery and will be able to share their experience with you.
All the best x
