Hello melady,
Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to our online community.
I can see from your profile that you’ve joined our online breast cancer forum. I hope you’ll find it a good source of information and support.
It’s understandable to have questions about how to take your tablets.
Breast Cancer Now have this information on sodium clodronate, but we’d recommend getting in touch with your GP or a member of your specialist hospital team for specific advice.
If your local Boots has a Macmillan Information Pharmacist, they should be able to advise too. Or if you’d prefer to arrange a video call with a specially trained pharmacist, you can do that here.
I hope this is helpful. If you’d like to talk to one of the nurses on our support line, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
Best wishes,
Carole (Cancer Information Nurse Specialist)
