I finished treatment in July 2021 and just wondering if it is too soon to start exercising. More than just going out for a walk. During my treatment I put weight on and would like to loose this weight , is it too early to be thinking about this?
Hello Slouise2021 and thank you for contacting the online community.
It’s understandable that you’d like to start exercising post-treatment, have you checked with your health care team to see if this is something they recommend?
