Personal Independence payment

Hi, I have had PIP for three years in May this year.  I have received a letter telling me that this will end on the 2nd of May. The original application was completed for me by Macmillan which I was really grateful for, as I was unaware of this benefit at that time. It says on the letter to ring them and speak to their team, but I am not receiving any treatment at the moment.  Does this mean I do not qualify for this any longer?  I would welcome your advise. Thank you.
