The surgeon recommended she have an op. The problem is, she has already had 2 tumours removed from her colon and lost 50% of her colon. Faced with the prospect of a 3rd op, she is refusing to have any treatment. I am wondering what to do next. Try and talk her round? Wait for the disease to run its course? Try and get a Macmillan nurse involved? I&#39;m wondering how long it will take before the cancer spreads. What will happen if she doesn&#39;t have any treatment?</p>
