Been waiting since original diagnosis of oligodendraglioma (grade 2-3) for appt with oncologist. finally got it for Tuesday (21st). had biopsy on 16/08/2010 and theyve sent some of sample for 1p19q test - reslts shoudl be with oncologist next week. Till then, haven't a clue as to what treatment will be. just left to trawl various websites for info. hubby tells me off for this - says I should wait and speak to experts. thinking he may be right, but enjoy talking to other people with similar experiences. so this may be THE place for me.

cannot find the answer about the grade of my tumour (2-3) what does that REALLY mean? 2 is quite slow growing, 3 is not. To me that's a huge difference.
