I can't keep up with it all

Less than one minute read time.
I like things in order, bit of a controller, I like to know what's happening and complete one thing before I start the next. Trouble with cancer, it does what it wants and just won't behave. I had an appointment today with a physiotherapist for my upper arm, which has been painful ever since the mastectomy last year. But she had to be very careful as I have stitches in my back from the new tumour excision. Anyway she said I've got nerve damage and the arm is getting weaker, but I'm going back next week and she'll see what she can do. So whilst I'm trying to come to terms with a recurrence, I'm also dealing with the fall-out from the first sarcoma. Question: Does anyone else get stressed trying to keep up with all this? Sharry

Sharry,  the rollercoaster sometimes goes a little too fast.  Oh how good it would be if  only  you had the remote control switch.  I hope that things can be sorted in some way for you.  Stress is a terribly destructive thing.   Have you tried meditation or visualisation to help you to relax (fat chance I hear you say). Love and hugs x x x

Hiya Sharry! Stressed , what do u mean stressed! Pull yourself together girl! lol! I think as soon as we know we have C  , there is nothing but stress! Just seems that every time you start to come to terms with it , bang! something else  happens. I think its just sent to try us , and by gum sometimes it certainly does!

Wish you all the best Sharry and hope that it resolves its self very soon , Its very important that you ...................................Keep smiling , xxxxx Geoff

    Hi Sharry

You're not alone, stress, laughter, tears, stress, laughter, tears and then the forgetfulness of when I am expected to be at all these appointments...lol.  As our Geoff says we have to keep smiling and moving forward, no good looking back now.

    Thinking of you

    Jx

  • Hi Sharry,

Did you do that survey by the guy doing a psychological study with the idea (implied) that only weak woolly souls had cancer? You'd have upset his premise (with knobs on!!). However, you are perfectly entitled to have a moan and you're in the right place here. So let off steam and smack its legs!

    Love,
