<p>The hardest part is having to tell her grandchildren (my kids) that nan is really ill, my eldest cried the youngest sat their and hardly said anythink.</p>
<p>It was such a huge blow my heads all over the place and trying to be strong for my mom and dad and also my girls and husband, but all I do is start to cry when I have time to think and wonder why and just feel totally helpless</p>
