I have two friends julie and len,ex art teachers and fairly open minded,5 years ago while renovating their french property,they had become friendly with an eldery french couple,this is in rural france,as L and J were camping in a tent,the couple invited them for a meal and as it was L and J last 2 nights,invited them to also stay the night,after a rustic meal and being shown to the keeping cellar,wine home grown veg etc,the went back to the living room,imagine this acorn antiques style,out comes the wife with a trolly,on the trolly a tv and video player,she puts the video in and it starts with a 70s guy in flaired trousers and a large moutache and guess what it was a porn film,J and L didnt know where to put themselves,grinned and smiled,and thought omg,and then they were subjected to another,went to bed with a chair behind the door,couldnt believe that these quaint people had done,same thing again the night after,but this time it was a film about lordes,where people go on pilgrimages,these sweet bizare french people did not bat an eyelid,bless.

Thanks for the supportive comments,even though my friends are fantastic,you need to comunicate with other people who are going throug the same as you,grade 3a if Ive got it correct,its all over, spleen,neck,chest,etc,as everyone will react differently to the chemo ill just take it as it comes,what else can you do,Im looking forward to being bald,as then I can be a drama queen,then makes my sons take notice,cause I dont look ill now,and soon my soon to be ex, will feel like shit when he sees me,getting a bit like a tourettes person,Have put that im divorced in my profile,hes in another country,lets have a cancer dating website,like the americans,bless,I dont think so,can you imagine the photos,all I can visualise are pale skinned,different stages of hair loss people looking like zombies,dark humour alert,I have lots of funny true stories to tell,and maybe once a monti will post one, cause laughter is what we all need.toodle pip lovely people.purple.

Hi people,or person,just waiting to the the cancer doctor,to see what stage etc Im at,and what type of chemo,I have high grade non hodgkins,diffuse b cell lymphoma,at 52 non smoking and drinking,you think dont you,why me,and Im sure everyone on this site will think the same,as Im very creative,Im going to be creative with my cancer,already planning to wear bohemian headscarfs,and have a henna tatoo on the back of my neck,that if my hair fall out too much,ill just shave it off,like samantha in sex and the city,will be offered a wig,will have a blonde one please,can have fun with this,one of my close friends said "your not going to take this lying down are you" I replied "not unless there is a goodlooking doctor around",obviously Im not expecting it to be a ride in the park,I always see the funny side of things,and the dark humour will out,I will tell my stories,here is the first of many,went for my cat scan and it was delayed for 2 hours,as the dye stuff was not correct,and we had to wait for another lot,meanwhile I was drinking water.not eaten for 15 hours,then another hour,then went into the machine,with florence and the machine,after 20 mins,couldnt keep my arms in possition,came out and repossitioned,better,5 mons later bursting fot the loo,a few mins more they said,holding on I was, then I came out,I said can I go now,honestly,visualise 5ft 1 braless (had my top on) rushing for the radiactive loo,you would have to laugh,I did.bye for now.purplepeopleeater.
