well, havnt been on a while, been trying to sort mum out, just about think i have sorted everything now, money, bills etc, got mum and emergency call necklace and sorted befriending scheme for her and a nurse, i went back to nurse last week and that was hard, kept having people come up and ask why i hadnt been to work, so had to go over losing dad again and again.., had a strange week, i have had a bad tooth for months…
well, I now have Dads ashes here, I know it sounds silly but i cant believe my dad is in that wooden box, its like he has gone away, sounds stupid, as i was with him everyday, and helped him while he was ill, cant believe he is gone, just miss him so much, am going back to work next week hopefully, mum is back at her house, trying to get on, i have organised help to help her cook etc, just want dad here
well, I have been so busy, I arranged dads funeral with my fiancee, did everything, also sorted banks, life insurances etc for mum and bills etc, i SAW DAD IN THE UNDERTAKERS A FEW TIMES, HE LOOKED ABOUT 40, ALL HIS pain lines were gone, and he had a nice smile, i have even heard him a few times, in dads coffin, i put pfotos of us all, put his christmas cards in his hand, in his pocket i put his comb with £5 wrapped round…
had a call at 9 this morning that dad had got bad, i was at my sons day, it was about the war, at 9:30 they played 'the last post', that is the time dad went, i just got back from the hospital, i kissed him goodbye, he is at rest now, the nurses and staff were wonderful, just feel empty now
saw dad this afternoon, i cooked them beef casserole for dinner, then got a phone call about 9pm, dad fell from the comode, rushed round, ambulance on way to help him up, he was laying on floor with pants down, that isnt like my dad at all, its heart breaking as hes such a proud man, covered him and hubby pulled pants up, took 3 ambulance women to help him up and took an hour, he was in so much pain, even after taking…
