Its been transformed. People are very kind, I couldn't do anything much myself as my breathing is crap. Doctor said that will improve with chemo.
Went to the pub again last night only had 3 pints and was sick, this is the third time this has happened recently but the other times was after 5 pints, think my dodgy liver is starting to complain and saying "come on give it a rest, your drinking more than ever since you have been diagnosed" Probably does not help that I have been drinking on a empty stomach as well! Anyway as I am going to see the Chemo and Radio therepy people next Thursday to discuss my treatment I am going to lay off of the booze and start to eat properly. The problem is, its the only thing that seems to relax me.
Well I am looking forward to the Rugby today COME ON WALES.

Well got my results yesterday

Went to the Churchill hospital Oxford yesterday, armed with a valium (I was so worried about results) Anyway after yet another Xray that was taken in the new (only opened on Monday) huge cancer unit costing millions of £'s saw the professor who told me I have, non small cell lung cancer that has slightly spread to my liver and lung lining, the Xray showed that the fluid I had in the plira removed had not returned, which he said was good news. He said they will not be able to get rid of the cancer altogether but are hoping to shrink it enormously and remove it from the liver with Radio therapy and Chemo. So not the worst news I was dreading but a sign of hope and also the hospital is always having new trials coming up.
I could not believe what I saw when walking through this new development, a designer wig shop!! didn't dare go and have a look at the prices lol
