Lelly 17 new to all this stuff

Less than one minute read time.
Hello all, I am the wife and carer of someone with a brain tumour. My dear husband was diagnosed in December 08. Due to the location of the tumour, we were told that an operation was not possible. He has recently endured six gruelling weeks of radiotherapy and chemo. We have to go back to hospital next week to begin a further six months of chemo. What we find difficult, is the isolation, we have family who try to do what they can, but people have jobs to go to and children to look after, so we are pretty much on our own. My husband's eyesight is affected, and due to the treatment, he can't walk far, and has fallen over a few times. We are frightened, and feel so alone with this. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
