Hip pain

I had a full hysterectomy 7 weeks ago. Te surgeon said he had taken all the cancer away and also done swabs which showed nothing cancerous. I was due to start chemo 3 weeks ago but unfortunately - or fortunately!- I had an allergic reaction to Taxol. Have others had similar reactions?
The oncologist made the decision to go straight to radio therapy.
I am having a few pains. Are these normal? Mainly in the bowel. A sort of windy pain.Is this to be expected?
I also have a painful leg- but I do have a history of leg pain from the pelvis.
Of course at present any pain I think is the cancer coming back.
4 weeks ago a CT did not show anything. Could it grow again within 4 weeks.
A lot of questions. Perhaps someone has had similar problems.
