https://community.macmillan.org.uk/cancer-blogs/b/family_experiences/atomTelligent Community (Build: 12.1.2.21912)2010-08-09T22:34:18Zhttps://community.macmillan.org.uk/cancer-blogs/b/family_experiences/posts/my-grandparents2010-08-09T21:34:18Z2010-08-09T21:34:18Z<p><b>W</b>hen I was younger, around 4 years old, my grandad was diagnosed with cancer.<br />Like anyone else who has a family member battling cancer or even battled it, you would know that it puts a strain on not just close family members, but on close friends and aquaintances.<br />The nurses and doctors did what they could.. unfortunetly he passed away.<br />The same goes for my grandmother a year later.<br />Then in 2007 my other grandmother passed away, as did I try to do anything and everything I could for a person my age.<br /><br />The point I am relitively trying to get across is whoever that is out there.. going through this strain, emotions and images.
