I was told yesterday that I need more surgery. They are going to take my ovaries out in August. They want me to lose more weight before doing the operation. I had my mastectomy last July and I am starting to feel like i go to hospital in the summer instead of going on holiday.

Hello

Hi, I am a newbie here and thought I would join for some support. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last june. After my mastectomy I was told that my cancer had spread to my lungs. I am receiving hormonal treatment for my cancer and so far my lesions on the lung have shrunk by about 50%. I think that its only now I am beginning to realise all the implications.
