To be honest I&#39;m devastated and worried about the outcome but my mam assures me that she is being well looked after by her macmillan nurse and is receiving&nbsp; treatment from the Royal Marsden Hospital&nbsp; in Surrey,</p> <p>Problem is I live up North and shes down South and I feel totally useless at the moment with me being so far away.
