&lt;p&gt;Within the hour he was really unwell so it has to be the quiche but I think with the medication and redcued food intake alongside the reduction in fruit and veg the build up of constipation meant that the poor bloke was begging for mercy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Throughout the&amp;nbsp;four years of major ops&amp;nbsp; he has only a couple of times complained about pain.&amp;nbsp; But he has never been beside himself with pain.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I realise we need to be really careful so that these last few weeks or months are not running any risk of stomach infection and so that the digestive system does not intensify his pain any more than it is already.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I need to consider:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;foods he loves&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;foods he needs&lt;/p&gt;
