I am on a twice a year infusion of Zoldronate so my dentist has referred me to the oral dept of the hospital as I have to have a tooth extraction because the root canal filling couldn't be completed. Having seen the doctor I am extremely worried as he painted a rather dire prognosis that the bone could possibly not heal thus making a hole in my sinus. I had a double mastectomy in 2014 and 9/12 lymph nodes resulting in Lymphoedema which I can cope with. Has any one else had dental problems like this. I am 72.
