I just wanted to send my wishes to everyone, that 2011 is kind to all.

    Many thanks Philippa, you always give a good blog.  I must admit I have somewhat left the examination alone as I was getting obsessive, thinking every little lump/bump was something to worry about.  I ended up feeling a right numpty because a lump I could feel caused urgent use of NHS services.  The very busy surgeon copped a feel and told me nothing to worry about.  So, I've given up feeling my one and only breast.  One tends to feel stupid for being so worrisome but your blog always manages to bring the importance of self checking back.  Anyway, Happy New Year to you and I'm off for a feel.  Ann x
