-‘We were caught off guard when the cloud descended,

Suddenly my body had to be mended.

-It hasn’t been easy for me and for you,

But having said that it’s not all been blue.

-The people around me have all been brill,

They’ve gone the extra mile since I’ve been ill.

-There’re things I’d have hoped they’d never had to do,

But we’ve all been challenged and they’re dragging me through.

-They say every cloud has one of these,

But often it’s hard to see the forest for the trees.

-And although often hidden there’re still good things,

Just dig deep, have a think and find your Silver Linings.’
