    well havn't blogged for a while so heres a quick update ,,,, the 13th of april is D day or 'boob' day, i'm having my right breast removed and both reconstructed from my stomach, pleased i have date eventually but scared ........ of whats ahead, but looking forward to being able to wear what i want and not what will accomodate prosthesis. and feeling normal again, I feel i will not have a constant reminder of the big ;C…

    Havn't posted a blog for a while, since the new site actually, but smoke coming out of my ears, as I no longer get statutory sick pay, I have been receiving Employment Support Allowance until I return to work. WELL, went for a medical, the nurse practitioner asked various questions, putting answers on the computer. I have now received a letter stating that I am no longer getting my payments, due to the fact I can walk…

    I didn't think anything would be worse than being told I had breast cancer, but there is!!, thursday evening, approx 6.30pm my precious grandson fell and bumped his head, he will be 3 on the 28th of sept, he pulled his little chair next to the kitchen bench and climbed up, it only took him seconds while his mums back was turned and he fell backwards.     Havn't updated my blog for a while, so here goes, I had an apt las week with breast surgeon to discuss my reconstruction, he wasn't quite as happy with my surgery site as it still has fluid around, and only finished RT end of May, so he wants to wait a few weeks, so I have apt with breastcare nurse tomorrow, she is going to go through the various options of the types of surgery, (apparently i should of had that discussion…

    Well ive now finished my radiotherapy, thank goodness, ive been given steriod cream for my skin as its very dry and itchy and starting to break, so now its a waiting game to see when i have to return to see the oncologist then the breast surgeon, apaarently it could be in about six weeks time, which seems forever away, I would just like to know the next step, silly really, the last couple of months have been a rollercoaster…
