Living With mesothelioma My Diary Thursday

2 minute read time.

Although dry today it was a very grey and dark dawn today and it didn’t look promising at all. I didn’t have any plans for today, sat on the computer and sorted emails and messages out, a lot of work to catch up on. We decided to go to Wincheap to buy dog food and a toy for him so when we were ready off we went. The road were empty not a lot of traffic which is unusual so it was a pleasant trip. In Pets city we bought tins of dog food and treats and one of those toy balls where you put a treat in and Louis is supposed to be amused with it .Huh !!! no such luck its sat on the Lounge floor and he just doesn’t like it yet. Thats £11.00 wasted today. We shopped for the weekends camping as Its the Caravan and Camping 30th birthday party -the Kent Motorhome Section has been running that long. I never even took notice of Motor homes then as we always went by plane or Coach for holidays abroad but we are so pleased we did start buying a push up top like this one. We were in a campsite at Challock but they have had to change it as we have had such a lot of Rain this week they are worried about having to move us off by tractor so I was really pleased when I got an email to say we will be at Faversham School. Hard Standing is so much better in the winter. So we are in for a great weekend lots of fun and camping friends. We came back so we had a nice dinner early beef in beer and mash potatoes as the beer was cooked in the slow cook and it smelt so nice when we came in. We have been looking at the Myeloma sites and there isnt a good Facebook site like our Mesothelioma Warriors and I feel Ray could bring this into his blog more as I told him while he was looking and helping others his knowledge of the disease would grow. Also keeping him in touch with trials so that’s what he is doing. He has blogged on Macmillian site and will go into their forum and maybe he will bring people together. From little acorns grow–and all that. The day ended very nice with the sun out and they do promise a good weekend so packing the Motorhome tomorrow. Love this cute picture from facebook Rays Blog http://mesoandme.wordpress.com/2012/09/27/thursday-15/ Ray has had a battle with a huge spider today and broke his glasses he is now deaf and blind –what next ???
